Payment:
You can pay for your order by credit card or debit card. We currently accept payment from Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is taken at the time of your order and authorization must be approved before we can deliver your order. Payment is received in US Dollars only.
It is our goal to ship all orders within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. However, due to seasonal demand and/or market fluctuation, shipping times may vary. Items will be delivered via the delivery method will be via USPS unless stated otherwise. If for some reason an item is not available, we will contact you directly as soon as possible to make arrangements for future delivery or provide you the option to receive a credit on the item.
State or City Enforced Capacity Restrictions:
If is up to you to know your local laws before making your purchase. If your order contains a restricted capacity magazine, there may be an extended period of time needed to process your order as we may require proof you are active law enforcement, military or currently hold a FFL.
Your delivery time frame may change depending on how long this process takes. To speed up this process, you may have your ID or FFL submitted via email to customerservice@ammosc.com or fax 860-229-0376. If we can not verify this information, you will be contacted by email and asked to modify your order or cancel it. We will not call you.
If your order is abandoned for more than 60 days it will be cancelled and the dollar amount of your order will be provided as a store credit. If you placed the order under a guest account, the email address you used for that order will be used to setup an account and the credit will be applied.
Any order placed on our website that is over $500 USD will require a signature when being delivered.
Price Match Policy:
The firearms market is dynamic and changes on an almost weekly basis. Due to the nature of the market, we do not price match.
Return Policy:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read the guidelines below for our return policies and procedures.
General Policy:
We have a 90 Day Guarantee for ASC brand products that are accompanied with proof of purchase. If you are the original owner, have made your purchase directly through us, and are not completely satisfied with your purchase; You may return it for an exchange of identical product or ASC credit equal to the value of the item(s). If your purchase was made through one of our vendors, we ask you contact them for a resolution unless there are defects in the item(s). Defects are covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you are the original owner of the product(s) we will provide an exchange for identical product(s). If we do not have the identical product(s) we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value or provide a store credit. We do not accept returns on blemished (purchased as blem), or custom engraved/laser etched items. Attempted returns on non-refundable items will be held until payment for return shipping is provided.
Apparel Policy:
We’re aware it can be difficult to correctly order your size from time-to-time, which is why we offer returns on apparel! As long as the item is in new, unworn condition with all liners and tags still attached, we’d be more than happy to assist with processing a return within 30 days of the purchase date. Upon receipt, we’ll apply store credit to your online account to exchange for the new size or color preferred. Please contact our help desk via this Contact Us link for further assistance.
Exchanges & Store Credit:
Orders being exchanged or returned to store credit will not be charged a restocking fee. To ensure your exchange is handled properly, please contact us at 860-225-3548 or go to the Contact Us page and fill out the form.
Undeliverables:
If an order is returned to us because the address is not found or there was a delivery attempt made but the package couldn't be left at the location, we will make every effort to contact the delivery location to reschedule delivery. If after 2 weeks there has been no response to reschedule, we will return the order less a 15% restocking fee. Any additional shipping fees incurred will be held from the store credit/refund.
Mobile Terms of Service

The Ammunition Storage Components mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Ammunition Storage Components (“Ammunition Storage Components”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Ammunition Storage Components’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Ammunition Storage Components through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Ammunition Storage Components. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to [insert your sending number] or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Ammunition Storage Components mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Warranty
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot provide warranty work if your items have been altered by you or anyone other than from their original state. Contact Us if you have any questions regarding this policy. This includes cosmetic changes.
Please describe your situation, include your name and order number or transaction id. One of our technical specialists will then review your claim and contact you within 3-5 business days.
